Salon Policies

Privacy & Confidentiality:

All personal information is stored and kept confidential, this information is only used in regard to your appointments and will not be disclosed or released without consent.

Contacting the Salon:

Any enquiries or messages can be made through the salon phone or Instagram direct message. We are a text only salon as we are not available every day to answer calls this also ensures any current clients in salon receive full attention and minimal interruptions.

Customer etiquette:

We create a safe, friendly and respectful environment for clients and expect that same treatment back. We ask that you communicate factually and honestly, and we have a zero tolerance for discrimination, bullying or harassment.

Right to refuse service:

We have the right to refuse service if a client is going against stylist recommendations or is not acting appropriately or threatening safety.

Re-dos & Change of Mind:

We do not offer ‘‘change of mind’’ redo services, however we do want to ensure you are satisfied with your service. Please contact us within ten days of your original appointment to adjust any issues free of charge.

Late Policy:

If you arrive late to your appointment, it is at the stylists discretion as to what services can be performed within the given time frame.

Reschedule and cancellation policy:

If you cancel or no show your appointment within 24 hours a deposit will be required to confirm any future appointments. A text is sent out the day before your appointment to confirm or cancel.
